2011 is a special season for Reese as she is graduating from the Univ. of Mississippi in May and focused on defending her world outdoor long jump title that she won in 2009 in Berlin. Reese turned pro in 2008 before completing her studies in college but continued to attend classes and perform on an Olympic and World Championship level in T&F. Since 2009, Reese has been ranked #1 in the world with consecutive world #1 rankings in 2009 and 2010. She plans to continue that streak in 2011.
